 Virginia Wiseman Virginia Wiseman is purely a Morgan & Thornburg, Inc. Icon. She began with Morgan & Thornburg, Inc. when the company was only several months old. She is office manager, book keeper, "mom", friend, and as much a part of the company as the founder and his four children. For the early years, she kept all the financial records by hand but in 1984, she switched all financial records over to computer. Virginia taught many of us skills and procedures for the office that we still use today. B. W. Thornburg hired Virginia over 30 years ago and we have no plans for her to retire any time soon. Virginia manages the administrative staff and keeps all financial records for the corporation including preparing state and federal tax returns. If it involves money, it involves Virginia. Call Virginia for help filling out the AIA document. Sub-contractors always rely on her expertise in construction book keeping. Virginia Wiseman has been married for 39 years to Ted Wiseman. They have raised 3 children together; Jimmy, Toni and Joe. She has two grandchildren, Zachary, 14, and Wyatt, 11. She spends her free time enjoying her family and helping her church. Virginia loves children and helps the Baptist Children's Home in Oakland, Mississippi as often as possible. This Christmas she had three of the children from the home stay with her for the Christmas Holidays, delivering Santa and love to boys that otherwise might not have had either one. Virginia managed many aspects of B. W. Thornburg's company and sometimes helped with his family. She checked his youngest out of school when needed and picked up employee's for work when their cars were in the shop. Virginia is a wonderful lady and beloved friend to the Thornburg family!
