 Geraldine Copous "Good Morning, This is Geraldine. How may I direct your call?" is what you hear when you call our corporate offices. She is the first person you see and the first person you talk to when you call! Geraldine has one of the most difficult positions at Morgan & Thornburg, Inc. She has to keep up with the 17 corporate office people and sometimes the field personnel also. She assists everyone in the office with their assorted tasks from typing to organizing Operation and Maintenance manuals for the owner of closing projects. Geraldine keeps the office organized and running smoothly so that we can concentrate on satisfying our clients' needs. Geraldine is the mother of three beautiful daughters and grandmother to 4 grandchildren (5 if you count the one on the way). Her husband of more than 33 years keeps her on her toes tending to his many needs. Geraldine enjoys people. She loves a good joke and sometimes can tell you a good one if she can stop laughing long enough. Her bubbling personality makes clients comfortable when visiting or calling our offices. In the infamous words of Geraldine when someone leaves our offices, "See ya'll later! You be good!” She knows that once a client has experienced the Morgan & Thornburg, Inc. family of professionals at work, he will always come back for his future Mechanical needs. See ya'll later?
